About Julia
I am a BSc student, and a passionate musician in my spare time! I played recorder, piano and flute throughout my school years, and performed in bands, orchestra, concerts, exams and eisteddfods. I performed in the Kaapse Afrikaanse Eisteddford on Piano and Flute in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and achieved diploma's. Passed matric music with a distinction for subject music. I teach beginners of all ages up to grade 3 music.

I offer one on one lessons, or groups of two. I start with teaching the basics, like how to read sheet music and different keys. I aim to teach with a step by step approach, so that lessons are fun and enjoyable and not overwhelming! I start with teaching classical and more traditional well known pieces. I teach in English, and other lessons for beginners(up to grade 3).
