Hello! I am Mahak Verma, a passionate Yoga Teacher and a Psychology graduate. I believe yoga is not just about physical fitness but also about creating balance between the body and mind. I enjoy helping people improve their flexibility, strength, posture, confidence, and overall well-being. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and personalized, so every student feels comfortable learning at their own pace. Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience, I will guide you with care and help you achieve your health and wellness goals through safe and effective yoga practices.

Namaste! I am an experienced Yoga Teacher and a Psychology graduate, passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. My classes are personalized according to each student's age, fitness level, and goals. Whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, manage anxiety, improve posture, or simply begin your yoga journey, I will guide you step by step in a supportive and comfortable environment. I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, breathing techniques (Pranayama), relaxation practices, and beginner-friendly yoga. My aim is to help you build a healthy body, a calm mind, and a balanced lifestyle through safe and effective yoga practice.
