About Renna

I am Renna Fathima, someone who genuinely enjoys movement, music, and staying active. I was drawn to Zumba and Aerobics because they turn exercise into something fun, energetic, and stress-free. I love helping people feel more confident in their bodies and more motivated in their daily lives. Teaching these classes allows me to share positivity, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle with others in a friendly and encouraging way. I teach mainly in English, and I also explain in Malayalam whenever needed, so every student can feel comfortable and fully understand the workout.

About the lesson

My Zumba and Aerobics classes are designed to make fitness feel exciting, enjoyable, and something you actually look forward to. With lively music, easy-to-follow choreography, and upbeat energy, every session feels more like a dance party than a workout. I carefully structure each class so that you burn calories, improve stamina, and get in shape without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you are a beginner or already active, you will always feel encouraged, included, and confident while moving at your own pace.
