About Luka

Hello! I am Luka, a computational neuroscientist with academic and industry experience. I hold a BSc in Computer Science from TU Delft, where I gained a strong foundation in theoretical computer science and mathematics that supports it: calculus, linear algebra, statistics, logic, and more. During my high school years, I followed high-level mathematics and high-level physics, learning everything from the basics of mathematics to how to apply it to study Einstein's relativity! I also hold an MSc in Neuroscience from King's College London. I have worked as the primary internal software developer at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Currently, I am applying theories of mathematics and computer science to explore the brain at Imperial College London. And I know, maths is freaky! Despite the path I embarked on, it freaked me out often too. But I wish to support students in building both understanding and confidence in mathematics. Sharing knowledge feels impactful and I deeply enjoy contributing to others' growth. Ask me whatever you wish to know!

About the lesson

Are you struggling with a specific problem? Or are you looking for regular support? We can start from the basics or focus directly on the areas you’d like to strengthen. With a BSc in Computer Science and HL Mathematics from an IB high school, I aim to make mathematics approachable and tailored to you - whether that is a lesson on a particular topic or a session spent working together through homework. I believe people learn best in a patient, comfortable, and engaging environment. No matter your age or background, I offer support at the introductory and school levels in mathematics and its various fields. Let's do a free session and see how I can help :)
