Hi, I’m Zyoni! I’m a college sophomore at Alabama A&M with a passion for helping elementary students in English and Math. How I Teach:
I keep it simple and relatable. I break things down in a way that makes sense, use examples that connect to real life, and move at a pace that feels comfortable—not rushed or overwhelming.
What a Lesson Looks Like:
We start with a quick check-in, go over the topic together, practice it step-by-step, and end with a recap and a little confidence boost. My goal is for students to leave every session feeling better than when they came in.
What Makes Me Different:
I really care. I adjust how I teach based on each student’s vibe and learning style. I hype up progress, no matter how small, and I never make a student feel like they’re behind.
Who It’s For:
Elementary students who need help in English (reading, writing, grammar) or Math. Whether they’re struggling or just want extra support, I’m here to help them get it and feel good doing it.
