About Yanxin
I am a native Mandarin speaker currently studying for a Diploma in Early Childhood Education in Singapore. I have experience teaching Chinese to primary school students, international school students and children from non-Chinese-speaking families. I am patient, friendly and especially enjoy helping students who have a weaker foundation in Chinese. I believe every student can improve with the right guidance, encouragement and learning methods.

My lessons are personalised according to each student’s Chinese level and learning needs. I specialise in helping beginners and students with weaker Chinese foundations build confidence step by step. Lessons can include vocabulary, speaking, reading, listening, writing and school exam preparation. I use simple explanations, interactive practice and customised materials to make Chinese easier to understand and more enjoyable to learn.
