About Irina
I am currently an A Level student studying Maths, Chemistry and Physics, and I have been in the exact same position you are, stressed about mocks, applications and most importantly, the dreaded GCSEs. Well let me tell you, they are not as scary as you think, and with my help, you can overcome the exam stress and make revision a breeze. At GCSE, I got a 9 in maths, and 998 in Triple Science, so I am very familiar with the content. I can help with pretty much any exam board (OCR, AQA, Edexcel etc), so do not fret. My main focus when tutoring is making sure the student comes out with a better understanding and more confidence in the subject area they are currently stressed about, and making sure that progress is reflected in their grades. I hope to hear from future students and parents alike.

I have tutored a few students in the past in both Maths and Science, individually and as a group. I have also spent years tutoring my younger siblings. Currently studying to become an engineer, so maths is a big passion of mine and I intend to be as supportive as possible so every mentee can achieve their highest potential. My lessons are mostly aimed at GCSE maths students, but both younger and older mentees are welcome. My lessons will vary from going through individual topics to covering exam-style questions and full papers, all timing will vary depending on the student, but I personally do not enjoy sitting through gruelling hours of work so I will be as dynamic as possible so you won’t feel burnt out or overexerted.
