About Boubacar
With 7 years experience of tutoring, coaching and building teams within organisations, I am passionate about inspiring young people, giving them a positive experience of learning, and enabling them to discover their own abilities.
I combine a deep understanding of concepts and a variety of instructional strategies in order to explain the concepts as simply as possible. I create unique lesson plans for each session. My focus is to learn which " language" speaks to each student in order to connect previously learned concepts to current ones and facilitate a well-rounded understanding of the content. My goal is to facilitate student development into an independent problem solver. Being passionate about helping students, I know everyone learns differently and deserves personalized instruction. I ease any anxieties, build confidence in skill and understanding, and fill in gaps in foundation.
