About Kim
I am a university student currently pursuing a degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, with a completed Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. I have a strong academic background in science and experience in tutoring, including teaching a group of 25 students in a full-day session. I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic potential and take pride in delivering lessons that are clear, engaging, and tailored to individual learning needs. My approach is based on how I believe complex concepts should be taught. I also offer guidance on subject selection and career pathways, aiming to support high school students in making informed decisions and preparing effectively for tertiary education.

My lessons will focus on answering past exam papers and reinforcing important concepts. Each session will include one hour of learning and guided question-solving. I hold a degree in Chemistry and am currently in my third year of a Chemical Engineering degree. I have experience tutoring a group of about 25 students in person for a full day. I am open to teaching students from Year 9 to Year 13, covering NCEA Levels 1, 2, and 3. I also enjoy helping younger students understand fundamental concepts in a clear and engaging way.
