About Mia
I am an enthusiastic Guitar tutor with 12 years of teaching and professional experience, passionate about helping students grow as musicians and confident individuals. I teach school and college learners, guiding them from simple chord exercises to performing full songs with skill and expression.
Over the years, I have witnessed students transform from hesitant beginners to confident performers, which has been one of the proudest milestones of my career. I focus on building a solid foundation in rhythm, chord transitions, scales, finger strength, and musical expression. I also teach effective practice techniques, goal setting, and stage preparation.
My teaching style is structured, patient, and motivating, creating a positive learning environment where students feel supported and inspired. My goal is to develop skilled, confident, and passionate guitarists who enjoy learning music for life.

In my Guitar classes, I create a motivating and structured environment using Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I motivate students by reminding them that progress comes with patience and consistent effort. I celebrate each improvement to build confidence and enthusiasm.
Communication is interactive and friendly, allowing students to freely ask questions and clarify doubts. I break down techniques such as smooth chord transitions, rhythm accuracy, scale development, and finger coordination into manageable steps. Integrity ensures that I maintain high standards in teaching proper technique, clean sound production, and disciplined daily practice habits.
I guide students honestly and support them through challenges. Creativity is encouraged through improvisation exercises, songwriting practice, and exploring various musical genres. In addition to Guitar, I also teach harmony basics and rhythm training.
