About Tommy
I'm a performance nutritionist turned private chef to professional athletes. Before becoming a chef I studied two MSc degrees in nutrition, conducted performance nutrition research & transformed my client's bodies with nutrition coaching & personal training. Now I apply that knowledge to my work as a private chef & cook food that optimises my clients' diets & performance. I offer online coaching to personal trainers & individuals, teaching them how to transform performance, health & bodies using nutrition. This encompasses both the theory & practical application.
