I have been boxing for 6 years and have learned it very well in practice but also studied it theoretically in my spare time. I speak fluent English and Swedish. I will work hard for you to reach your goals!

My teaching method is to sit down with the student and discuss what her goals are. What aids he needs. For example, if I have to speak English or Swedish or if I need to use pictures as an aid in the theory part.
I start the course with a basic theory of what boxing is and what we will go through. Then we start with the practical for the first part of the course.
