About Sajid Sayed
I am a Pro Athlete and Compete in Fitness Modelling Competitions .
I am also ISSA , Reebok and Talwalkars certified in Fitness Training
I have Worked in Top gyms of the country from 2011 to 2016 as Master Trainer and since then been giving freelance training to my own clients .
I work on bringing lifetime transformations for my Clients which can be maintained all through there life . At the same time motivating them to lead a healthy lifestyle which involves following natural diet and regular workouts .

Class will be for one hour in which i will make you do exercises depending upon your strength and stamina , mostly to cut fat it will be high intensity Cross Training kind of session and to gain lean muscles it will be heavy weight training. Session can be conducted at your home with some basic equipments or at any other gym via Zoom call .
Form and technique of exercises will be guided . Duration , sets , reps of exercises will also be guided .
Complete guide of your progression will be recorded in each session
Diet consultation will also be given to achieve maximum results as you cannot bring change in your body without following proper diet regime with workouts .
