I’ll give list of exercise and send videos of exercise how to do.The client has to see it within 5 minutes. Then I’ll do a video call and teach them how to do.
This is one method.
The other method is if the client needs me for entire video call session, it might be 1hr or 2hr. I’ll teach them.
One client at a time I’ll teach. I’ll provide non-veg diet. Veg client have to consult Dietian.
If a client takes monthly pack then it is 2000rs.
If a client want me to come to there house and teach I’ll. If a client house is nearby to my location.
