About Aaron
I’m a Personal Trainer with 10 years' experience in helping people to achieve their goal. I specialise in helping clients to lose weight and create a better shape. I’m a Calisthenics Athlete, who coaches and carries out Workshops, I also can work in schools coaching and teach about Health and Fitness. Calisthenics is Bodyweight resistance training, using Strength and Conditioning principles as well as Mobility, Flexibility and Movement training. Similar to Gymnastics, which is a great way for Men and Women to lose fat and get leaner. This type of training is relevant for all as it’s Bodyweight Training, which allows constant progression and also adaptations when needed to suit each client.
