About Liz
ENJOY doing sports is undoubtedly the key to reaching an optimal state. I have a TSAF Physical Conditioning degree and a current student of a master's degree in nutrition. I train from children to adults in terms of physical preparations for any sport or simply introduction to sport progressively in case of not having had contact with it. Currently I am specialized in individual training where I focus on achieving the best version of the student both physically and mentally.
