I’ve been training with Pedro online for 5 years now, and the flexibility of online coaching is one of the main reasons I’ve stayed with it for so long. It’s incredibly easy to fit the sessions around my work and daily routine, and I can train wherever I am.

What I value most is that the sessions never feel generic. Pedro knows my strengths, weaknesses and goals, and adjusts the training accordingly. Over the years, I’ve improved my mobility, strength and overall fitness while keeping training consistent. Five years on, online training still feels like the most practical option for me.

Ive been training with Pedro online for 3 years, mainly focusing on Pilates, mobility and recovery. The biggest advantage for me is how easy and convenient the online format is. I can train from home without wasting time commuting, while still getting clear instructions and individual feedback.

The sessions have made a noticeable difference to my mobility and how my body feels day to day. Pedro always adapts the exercises to how I’m feeling and keeps the training challenging without overdoing it. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and effective way to stay active and improve mobility.

I joined the online personal training programme because I wanted to improve my mobility and move more comfortably in my everyday life. Everyting is good with Pedro , he know what he is doing and thats it :)

I started online with Pedro because I wanted to become stronger but wasn’t sure how to structure my workouts properly. The online sessions have been incredibly effective and are adapted to my goals, fitness level, and available equipment. I’ve made noticeable progress in my strength and feel much more confident during my workouts. Having professional guidance and accountability from home has made it much easier to stay consistent.

I spend many hours every day sitting at a computer, and I was starting to experience a lot of stiffness and discomfort, especially around my neck, shoulders, and back. Since starting training with Pedro , I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my posture and mobility. The exercises are very specific to my needs, and I’m much more aware of how I sit and move throughout the day. I feel stronger, less tense, and much more comfortable overall. Perfect !

I started training with Pedro with the goal of losing weight and improving my overall fitness, and the results have been better than I expected. The consistency and guidance have made a huge difference. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for effective and sustainable weight loss.

I started my weight loss journey this year.
What I liked most was the consistency. The training was adapted to my progress, and I never felt like I had to do anything unrealistic. I’ve lost weight, become much stronger, and feel completely different compared with when I started. Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Pedro know a lot off things and he is very kind to . Recomend

I started working with Pedro in January 2026 at 92.4 kg. By august, I was down to 78 kg.

The biggest difference was that the process was structured and realistic. I learned how to train properly, stay consistent, and make better choices without feeling like I was following an extreme diet. I’m very happy with the results so far!

I spend most of my day sitting, and over time I started experiencing quite a lot of discomfort and pain in my lower back. I knew I needed to become more active and strengthen my body, but I was worried that training on my own might make the problem worse. That’s when I decided to try online personal training with Pedro , and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

What surprised me most was how easy it was to train online. I don’t need to spend time travelling to a gym or trying to figure out what exercises I should be doing. Everything is planned and explained clearly, and the workouts are adapted to my needs and limitations. I also get regular feedback, which gives me confidence that I’m performing the exercises correctly and progressing safely.

After consistently following the program, I noticed a significant improvement in my lower back discomfort. I also feel stronger, more mobile and much more aware of my posture and how I move throughout the day. The convenience of being able to train from home has made it much easier to stay consistent, and that consistency has made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Pedro to anyone who spends long hours sitting and wants to improve their strength and quality of life

I was initially a little skeptical about online personal training, especially because I thought I would need someone physically next to me to stay motivated and make progress. However, it turned out to be much easier and more convenient than I expected. Having the workouts planned for me and being able to train wherever I am makes it much easier to stay consistent, even on busy days.

The biggest difference for me has been the personalization. The workouts are adapted to my level, my goals and my progress, so I never feel like I’m just following a generic workout plan. Over time, I started noticing real changes in my body, especially with my weight loss and overall fitness. The regular feedback and adjustments also kept me accountable without making the process feel complicated.

Online training has genuinely made it easier for me to fit exercise into my routine, and I no longer have the excuse of not having enough time to go to the gym at a specific time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight but struggles to maintain consistency!

Training as a couple has worked incredibly well for us. Having the workouts planned specifically for both of us makes training together much more enjoyable and keeps us motivated. We can challenge each other while still having exercises adapted to our individual levels and goals. It’s a great way to stay consistent, improve together, and actually enjoy the process.

I was a bit skeptical about online personal training at first, but it has made my life so much easier. I can train from wherever I am and don't have to worry about commuting or fitting gym appointments into my schedule. The workouts are clear, personalized, and challenging, and I’ve been getting great results. It’s much more convenient than I expected, without sacrificing the quality of the training.

I was honestly surprised by how effective online personal training could be. I thought I would miss having a trainer physically there, but the guidance, follow-up and personalized workouts worked incredibly well. I’ve had great results and actually recommended the program to a friend.

I’ve worked with several personal trainers, but the level of knowledge and attention to detail I get here is on another level. The workouts are always adapted to my needs, and the results speak for themselves. I’ve made more progress than I expected, both in strength and overall fitness.

After pregnancy, I wanted to regain my strength and feel comfortable in my body again. The training was personalised to my needs and progressed at the right pace. I feel stronger, more energetic and much more confident. It has made a huge difference to both my body and my everyday life. Thank you Pedro

I started training with a clear goal of losing weight, and the results have exceeded my expectations. The workouts were challenging but adapted to my level, and I finally feel stronger, fitter and more confident. I lost weight consistently without feeling like I had to completely change my life.

I joined Pedro's online Pilates sessions mainly to improve my posture and reduce the stiffness I had from working at a desk all day. After a few weeks I noticed a huge difference in my mobility, balance and core strength. Every session is well structured and adapted to how I'm feeling that day. I never thought online Pilates could be this effective, but it has completely changed my opinion.

I started training with Pedro to lose weight after struggling to stay consistent on my own. In just a few months I've lost 9 kg, but more importantly I've built habits that I can actually maintain. The sessions are challenging without being overwhelming, and the weekly check-ins kept me accountable. I also have much more energy throughout the day and my back pain has almost disappeared. I genuinely look forward to every session.

When I started training with Pedro, I had constant lower back discomfort and had completely lost motivation to exercise. He took the time to understand my goals, corrected my technique, and designed a program that suited my abilities. Four months later, my back pain has significantly improved, I've lost 8 kg, and I feel fitter and stronger than I have in years. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to keep me motivated have made all the difference. I couldn't recommend him more

I've been training with Pedro online for the past five months, and I honestly didn't expect the experience to be this effective. At first, I was skeptical about online coaching, but the communication was excellent, the instructions were always clear, and learning the exercises remotely turned out to be much easier than I imagined. As someone with a very busy schedule, this has been the perfect solution. I can train when it fits my routine while still receiving professional guidance and accountability. I've lost 9 kg, become much stronger, and, most importantly, I've built consistent habits. I highly recommend Pedro to anyone considering online personal training.

I had tried different fitness programs before but never stayed consistent. Training with Pedro completely changed that. I lost 11 kg over five months, gained confidence, and actually started enjoying exercise. The sessions were motivating, challenging, and always adapted to my progress. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend it to anyone serious about changing their lifestyle. I work only online. At the beginning, it was not my first option, but now, it is my first option because of my daily routine.

I joined Pilates with Pedro because of constant back pain from sitting at a desk all day. Within a few weeks, I noticed better posture, improved flexibility, and much less discomfort. I started training with almost no confidence and struggled to stay consistent. After four months, I lost 14 kg and, more importantly, built habits I can actually maintain. Every workout was adapted to my level, and the support kept me motivated even on difficult days. I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than I have in years. Finding Pedro was a really good thing for me.

After a knee injury, I was afraid to return to exercise. The approach was professional and focused on recovery as much as strength. Every workout was carefully adjusted. I regained mobility, reduced pain, and rebuilt my fitness without setbacks. I now feel even stronger than before the injury!

I started training online with Pedro after years of inactivity and low energy. Within weeks, I felt stronger, more confident, and consistent for the first time. The sessions were structured, challenging, but always adapted to my level. I lost weight, gained strength, and finally built a routine I can maintain long term.

What stands out most is how attentive he is to every detail , technique, progression, nutrition advice, recovery, and even mindset. He doesn’t just give random workouts, everything feels structured and personalized. He knows exactly when to push you harder and when to adjust the training to avoid burnout or injury.
Since training with him, I’ve become stronger, leaner, and far more disciplined. I’ve also noticed improvements in my energy levels and overall confidence. Every session feels productive and motivating.
