About Amar
Hi, I’m Amar, a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a strong focus on helping people build a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of themselves.
My approach to fitness is simple: there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every person has different goals, fitness levels, routines, and challenges, so I believe training and nutrition should be planned accordingly.
I work with clients who want to lose fat, build muscle, increase strength, improve fitness, or completely transform their lifestyle. I also enjoy working with beginners and people who are getting back into fitness after a long break.
Along with personal training, I provide practical nutrition guidance and help clients understand how to make better food choices without making their diet unnecessarily complicated.
I believe a good trainer should do more than count repetitions. I focus on correct exercise technique, progressive training, consistency, accountability, and tracking real progress.
Whether you prefer online or offline personal training, my goal is to give you the knowledge, structure, and support you need to become independent and confident in your fitness journey.
