About Ruth
I have been working out at a young age from cardio to weightlifting to meal plans. Throughout my training, I have achieved my goals and still will contuine to purse on my health. Being healthy has a lot of great benefits in the long run from reducing medical issues, genetic issues, stress, appetite, helps with sleep, looking younger. I enjoy the changes with me and I am sure you would too.

I have been an active individual since at the age of 14. I continue to work on my health and like to help out those who need the extra motivation and training or just getting back to the gym as part of their regular routine. I enjoy weightlifting and cardio as part of my dailye exercise. Together, we can work on a target goal and can help you succeed to the fullest.
