About Nomitra
I’m a graduate doctor currently waiting for placement in Malaysia. I’ve practiced taekwondo for almost 12 years and have been training in the gym since I was 18. Despite battling a herniated disc, I fought back, lost 10kg, and regained strength. I focus on helping people who truly need guidance, offering motivation, safe training techniques, and simple diet plans to reach their fitness goals.
