About Geraldine
My name is Geraldine.
I have a huge passion for fitness and healthy eating. I haven't been into fitness my whole life, in fact I didn't do any sport while I was at school because I simply did not think about how important your lifestyle can be especially when you are growing up. I was overweight most of my schooling career and 2 years out of school. That is when I decided to make a lifestyle change due to loved ones being concerned, I put my head down and in 2 years lost 30kg. I started Body Building as I was fascinated by how are the master of your temple and your body is an art piece that you have full control to sculpt. I did become obsessive with losing weight and was sitting at a scary low weight. This is what drove me to my passion of becoming a personal trainer to help you, to guide you into your new healthy lifestyle change with exciting programs which leave a sweat but so much fun. I enjoy working with kids, they are always full of energy and its great to get the blood flowing and teaching them about healthy eating at a young age. Don't get me wrong, I love working with any aged person who simply needs guidance and help into a healthier path in life.
