About Sarah

I want to help more people experience the benefits of exercise!
I chose to do my BSc (Med) Honours in Biokinetics because I wanted to have the knowledge to help other people using exercise. This is something I am truly passionate about as exercise has helped me feel stronger and more cable and confident in myself. Through my experience working with a variety of clients I have seen this effect over and over again!

My exercise sessions will be specifically tailored to you and your goals.
If exercise is very new to you then we can come up with some achievable goals together.

Generally, the sessions would be one hour long and include a warm up and some mobility and activation work to prepare your muscles. This would be followed by two to three sets of strength exercises and/or some high intensity intervals.
Lastly, they would finish off with some stretching to cooldown.

However, if you only have a limited amount of time available and an hour is too long, then I would also be willing to do shorter sessions.

I can do online sessions in which case I would program the exercises based on the equipment that you have available. Alternatively, if you would like to do in person sessions in your home then I can bring equipment for you to use.

I have worked with the grandparents, moms, Cross Trainingters and with people who were scared to pick up weights. I am especially passionate about helping beginners get started on their fitness journey as I have seen first-hand the incredibly positive impact that exercise can have on people's lives.
