About Alex
I’m currently a student at the Univeristy of Iowa majoring in both finance and economics.
I know my future degrees don’t correlate with what I intend on helping you with, but I’ve always been told experiences are the best teacher and experience is what I have loads of.
I don’t live my life perfect and don’t expect anyone to do so either. Me saying that means I live a life I enjoy to the max. The foods I eat and my way of staying fit are fun to me and that is the main reason I find such ease in maintaining such health year round.
Being a real person someone can come to and be personable with is something I take much pride in and would expect others to appreciate about me.

If you decide to give me a try, I will take into consideration your needs and come up with a progressive plan for you to follow over a certain period of time. Within that set time, the focus will be on how you feel. Starting to feel the way you want is the biggest reason to come back. After that, progress becomes fun and when something is fun, the journey becomes so much better to focus on rather than the destination.
