About Anish
I am an 18 year old fitness enthusiast from india. I was always one of the smallest guys in my grade which made me very insecure. So I started with bodyweight exercises at the age of 14 and joined a gym when I was 16 which was the best decision I made. Working out completely changed my life and I want to help more people get their best physique and bring out the best in them.Now I'm 18 and my experience and expertise in the field has definitely provided me with a learning curve. So yeah, I want to share all that I've learnt with kids like me.
