About Connor
I have been working as a Personal Trainer for a long time now and I absolutely loved my job.
From meeting new clients and understanding what they would like to achieve, to learning new ways to help with training in myself and others.
When I was younger I was the guy who would not take part in sport or exercise. But as I grew, I started to learn new sports that I enjoyed such as; Parkour/Freerunning, boxing, Taekwondo and many more. I instantly fell in love with sport and exercise and wanted to teach others who were in “the same boat”.
