I am a certified PT and fitness instructor with a passion for fitness.
I am also a pre-registration pharmacist.
I have a passion for fitness and health. I understand going to the gym can be intimidating when starting out so I have plans which cater for all preferences from home to the weight room! Whatever you need, I will hopefully provide you the tools to succeed. I just need one thing from you to get your desired results, discipline… ready to get started!?
