About Moses
I am a TEFL-certified tutor and Special Educator with a strong focus on supporting children with Dyslexia, reading disorders, and learning difficulties. My work is centred on helping children aged 3 to 15 years develop strong reading skills through structured, patient, and individualised teaching.
I specialise in Dyslexia intervention and structured literacy, using proven methods that target key areas such as phonics, decoding, reading fluency, comprehension, and spelling. Over time, I have worked with children who struggle with letter recognition, sound blending, slow reading, poor comprehension, and reading confidence, and I understand how to break down these challenges into simple, manageable steps.
My teaching approach is calm, supportive, and results-focused, ensuring that each child learns at their own pace without pressure. I use multi-sensory techniques, repetition, and guided practice to make reading easier and more engaging, especially for children with Dyslexia and other learning differences.
As a TEFL-certified educator, I also bring strong skills in language instruction, lesson planning, and structured teaching, which allows me to deliver lessons that are clear, organised, and effective. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all method—every child I work with receives a personalised reading support plan based on their needs and learning style.
Beyond tutoring, I am passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards reading. I also guide parents with practical strategies they can use at home to support their child’s progress.

I provide personalised Dyslexia intervention and structured reading support for children aged 3 to 15 years, designed to help learners overcome reading difficulties and build strong literacy skills with confidence. As a TEFL-certified tutor, I combine professional language teaching methods with specialised strategies for supporting children with Dyslexia and reading disorders.
Every child with Dyslexia learns differently, which is why my approach begins with a focused reading assessment. I evaluate the child’s phonemic awareness, decoding ability, reading fluency, comprehension, spelling patterns, and learning style. This helps identify specific challenges such as letter reversals, slow reading speed, difficulty blending sounds, poor comprehension, and reading anxiety.
Based on this, I create a personalised Dyslexia intervention plan tailored to the child’s level and goals. My sessions focus on key areas such as phonics development, structured literacy, word recognition, reading fluency, comprehension skills, and spelling improvement. I use proven, evidence-based reading strategies that are effective for children with Dyslexia, including step-by-step instruction, repetition, multi-sensory learning, and guided reading practice.
Lessons are one-on-one, engaging, and paced to suit the child, ensuring they do not feel overwhelmed. I create a supportive learning environment that helps reduce frustration, build confidence, and encourage steady progress. My goal is not just to improve reading ability, but to help each child develop a positive relationship with learning.
As a TEFL-certified educator, I apply structured teaching techniques, clear lesson planning, and effective communication strategies to make learning easy to follow and results-driven. I also provide guidance for parents on how to support their child’s reading development at home, using simple and practical techniques.
This service is ideal for children with Dyslexia, reading disorders, or general reading difficulties, whether they are beginners or struggling readers who need structured support.
My focus is to help every child improve their reading skills, gain confidence, and achieve meaningful progress through consistent, targeted Dyslexia support and reading intervention.

Tutor Moses had very professional and well-organized lessons through out our sessions. You can tell there’s a lot of knowledge behind the teaching. At the same time, everything is broken down in a way that even a beginner can understand without feeling overwhelmed.
The classes felt very personal and supportive. I was allowed to learn at my own pace, and there’s always encouragement from him along the way. I especially liked how real-life situations were included in the lessons, it made everything easier to connect with.
I’ve tried learning sign language online before, but it never really stuck. This was different. The teaching style is very engaging and realistic. He guided me step by step, and there’s a strong focus on understanding, not just memorizing.
What stood out to me was the patience and clarity in teaching. Every session builds on the last, and nothing feels rushed. I appreciate how practical the lessons are; you’re not just learning signs, you’re learning how to actually communicate. That made a big difference for me.
I started these sign language lessons with zero experience, and I was honestly nervous at first. But the way everything was explained made it feel so natural. The classes are very interactive, and I never felt lost. I can now hold simple conversations in sign language, which is something I never imagined I’d achieve this quickly.
