About Maitri
Maitri is an art enthusiast and explorer of colours and materials with a passion for teaching. She pursued her higher education in graphic designing at École Intuit Labs. My artistic journey began at a tender age when her love for colours, art forms, and materials sparked. This passion laid the foundation for her artistic pursuits and ignited her desire to share her expertise with others. For me, art has no boundaries and serves as a universal language of expression! My achievements - Won the stamp design challenge by British Council, UK - Young artist at DNA newspaper - Worked with Artist Brinda Miller for paintings exhibited at The Art & Soul gallery. - Grade A in both elementary & intermediate drawing examination I currently conduct online art sessions in UK, USA, Australia & India

Introducing Maitri, your soon-to-be favourite Art Friend! As an experienced drawing and painting instructor, I specialise in teaching students of all age groups. What sets my teaching style apart is its flexibility and personalisation to meet each student's needs and interests. I firmly believe in giving kids the freedom to explore their thoughts and imaginations in a fun and creative manner. With a keen understanding that art is therapeutic, my primary goal as a friend and instructor is to provide a nurturing environment where children can delve into the world of colours and creativity. A typical session with me spans a generous 1.5 hours, allowing ample time for exploration, learning, and expression. So let's embark on a journey together and discover the boundless possibilities of art in a fun and fulfilling way!

I’d recommend everyone to atleast try her sessions once and I’m sure your child will love it and wait for her sessions every week..
I have enrolled my cousin's daughter for Maitri’s art sessions which take place once a week and she makes her do fun creative stuff every week. She has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages, especially children. Her ability to connect with her students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, are both truly superior. She also has excellent written and verbal communication skills with both parents and children. She has always been driven to develop her skills as a teacher.Very friendly tutor, very calm and patient with kids.
