About Alexandra
A little over three years ago, I fell in love with yoga when I started practicing on mats and especially in everyday life.
For two years now, I have been practicing yoga at the Sattva Yoga school in Toulouse and I would like to pass on my knowledge!
I am more oriented towards Ashtanga, and Flow Vinyasa (dynamic yoga), but I would also like to share my knowledge in complementary activities to dynamic yoga, such as Yin (deep stretching).
Yoga has allowed me to orient myself little by little towards disciplines specific to well-being, relaxation, relaxation, sophrology.
I practice very regularly (1 session per day), with sessions longer than others depending on time and energy.

Depending on each person, I adapt my classes. Each of my courses are personalized according to the student's knowledge, level, morphology, or injuries in order to do good and heal.
My courses are divided into three parts:
- A small reconnection moment with oneself: Meditation and Pranayama (breathing method).
- The majority of my classes will be centered around the practice of asanas (dynamic series adapted to all levels).
- Then a moment of stretching and relaxation.

Details
I think that 1 hour to do yoga is a fair amount of time. So I tend to overflow on 1h15 (or 20 euros for 1h15).
For all students who want to take at least 5 classes, I work on a package basis!
