About Divyanshu
Hi! I am Divyanshu Rathore, a PhD researcher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, one of India's most prestigious technical universities. I am currently based in Edmonton, Canada, as a Permanent Resident.
My research focuses on advanced semiconductor devices, nanomaterials, and optoelectronics — giving me both deep theoretical knowledge and real hands-on laboratory experience in electronics and engineering.
Beyond research, I have always been passionate about teaching and mentoring. Throughout my PhD, I have guided junior researchers and undergraduate students, helping them understand complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
I have published 4 peer-reviewed research papers in international journals and received the Best Paper Award at MICRO2025, reflecting my commitment to excellence in both research and communication.
When I am not in the lab, I enjoy exploring new technologies, reading, and connecting with fellow science enthusiasts.
