About Miranda
With a PhD in Molecular Biology and a Master's in Microbiology, my professional journey has been defined by years of hands-on research on diverse scientific projects. This experience has given me a unique ability to break down complicated concepts into simple, understandable principles. I genuinely believe that a strong foundation in the "why" behind biological processes is the key to both academic success and a lasting appreciation for the subject. I'm here to inspire confidence and help you build that foundation in biology, genetics, and microbiology, ensuring your knowledge is not just memorized, but truly understood. My goal is to make these fascinating subjects accessible and exciting, so you can apply your skills with confidence.

Tired of memorizing facts just to forget them after the exam? My approach is all about helping you truly understand the "why" behind the "what." I want to make complex biological concepts easy to grasp so you can feel confident applying your knowledge, not just repeating it. When you understand the basic principles, the rest just falls into place.
I have a Master's in Microbiology and a PhD in Molecular Biology, and I absolutely love sharing my passion for the subject. I offer tutoring in basic biology, genetics, microbiology, and molecular biology. Whether you're a student struggling with fundamentals or a keen learner diving into advanced topics, my lessons are for you.
My typical lesson is one hour long—the perfect length to keep your mind sharp and engaged without getting overwhelmed. If we need more time for a particular topic, we can always adjust it to fit your needs.
