About Narjis
I have a bachelor (honours) degree in biotechnology (gold medallist), a master’s degree in molecular medicine and a PhD in Molecular biosciences from University of Sydney, Australia.
I had 27 high distinctions in my bachelors and 7 in Masters. I am currently working as a cancer scientist at a reputed Medical Institute in Sydney and I teach part time on weekends as a passion. I am fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi.

I have a 5 year experience of teaching biology and related subjects to undergraduate/graduate students. I have taught at Universities in Australia and overseas.
My teaching methodology varies from students to students, but for beginners, I start with the basics, and gradually build the knowledge base of the student. I use real-life examples, break down complex concepts into simple ones, and incorporate interactive teaching techniques such as discussions, quizzes, and presentations in my classes. My typical lesson lasts from 1-2 hours. The level of my lessons range from introductory to advanced, depending on the student's requirements. I teach undergraduate, graduate, and high school students.
