I have a long-term passion for teaching about the use, benefits, and importance of plants and fungi in an agricultural setting, given their pivotal role in food production. Having significant experience in public speaking, lecturing, and teaching both in and outside the lab, coupled with extensive knowledge of agricultural biotechnology, plant-fungal interactions, and molecular biology, I’m well positioned to deliver a unique and informative teaching experience for potential students

I have significant hands-on biology research experience, having a PhD in plant pathology and plant-fungal interactions, followed by postdoctoral experience in agricultural biotechnology. My approach towards teaching relies on real-world examples, tackling difficult research questions.
