I get to know my students first- their interests and background. Through this I am able to respond to their needs as learners and individuals. I usually discuss for about 30 minutes and give application activities and sharing of thoughts and experiences for the last 30 minutes. I have 20 years of experience in teaching, training, and mentoring for college students, graduate school, and adult's continuing professional education.
