About NJANI
Hi, I'm Lonwabo Njani, a qualified Sport Scientist, Lecturer, and Strength & Conditioning Coach with several years of experience in both academic and athletic development settings. I currently lecture in Sport Science, Coaching, and Personal Training at a tertiary level, and I’m also actively involved in athlete development and applied research. I'm passionate about helping students not only pass their modules but truly understand and apply what they learn, whether it's biomechanics, training program design, or coaching methodology. My approach to tutoring is structured, clear, and student-centered. I believe in simplifying complex concepts and linking theory to real-life scenarios to help you engage more confidently with the content.
