About Mruganxi
I am a passionate researcher and educator currently pursuing my PhD in Food Science and Technology at Prince of Songkla University. My academic journey, including an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Microbiology, has been defined by a deep curiosity about the biological world and a desire to communicate scientific truths clearly.
I want to share my knowledge because I believe that complex subjects like Biology and Technical English shouldn't be intimidating. Having published research in international journals and presented at global conferences, I know how transformative good mentorship can be.
I find great fulfillment in helping students connect the dots between theoretical concepts and practical, real-world applications. Whether I am teaching in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, my goal is to empower the next generation of students to excel in their academic and professional careers.
