About Aymen
I am a PhD student in computer science at Columbia University with a strong background in Mathematics and Physics. I hold two master's degrees in applied mathematics from prestigious French institutions, Ecole Centrale Paris and Ecole Normale Superieure, and a bachelor's degree in Fundamental Mathematics and Physics. With over three years of experience teaching high school students and undergraduates in Mathematics and Physics, I bring a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to tutoring. As a PhD student at Columbia University studying computer science with a background in Mathematics and Physics, my approach as a tutor is rooted in solidifying foundational knowledge before advancing to more complex material. I believe that many students struggle due to gaps in their basic understanding, which hinders their ability to grasp new concepts. This is even more true in subjects like Mathematics and Physics.
