I have four years of teaching experience as a tutor in Information Technology and Computer Science related courses for GCSE, A level, Undergraduate and Masters students. I also supervise students with their projects and dissertations. I organise well-structured learning sessions for my lessons, engage students in a student-centred approach in a friendly and disciplined fashion. My lessons involve both summative and formative assessments coupled with good feedback. Polling, group discussions, group projects, think-pair-share, and broken pieces are my teaching techniques to help students understand complex concepts and be able to solve problems with confidence. My lessons are usually 3hrs maximum.
