About Rachel
I studies a program Called Outdoor Adventure Leadership at Laurentian University and graduated with a degree in Physical Education and a minor in Gerontology. I played sports growing up my and really focused on Hockey and soccer for 10 years. I am a big supporter of Outdoor Education!

My teaching methodology includes a variety of learning techniques. I am a huge advocate for outdoor education and experiential learning. In my experience the benefits are immediate and more memorable. I also see the benefits to kinaesthetic learning and associating certain things whether that be a movement or a memory to a new subject.
