About Igor
I have a pedagogical approach aimed at beginners and initiated audiences. Dance initiation classes (musicality, rhythm, beat, swing). Pilates class aimed at postural correction and flexibility. Weight training class aimed at weight loss, hypertrophy and rehabilitation. Depending on the evolution, I can also work with an advanced audience.

I have a degree in Physical Education (Licenciatura) since 2016 and a Bachelor's degree. I am taking a postgraduate course in physical, orthopedic, sports and functional assessment. I have been a FitDance instructor since 2017, I teach Pilates since 2015. I have experience in fitness and weight training gyms.
