About Taises
I’m originally from Brazil, my city is Rio de Janeiro. I have been a coach since February, 2021 in Australia. Firstly, I started at Belgravia Leisure in the swimming teacher position, I had an opportunity to teach and learn with the best and most supportive team. I taught babies, kids, teenagers, adults and seniors, which gave me an amazing beginning experience in customer service and recreation in this country. Furthermore, I amplified my field, such as Zumba, yoga and sport instructor, working in many gyms, leisure centers, companies and councils.

Had an amazing yoga class, with beautiful technique and symbols to work not only the physical, but the spiritual practice too. Definitely recommend!
