About Jérémie

I did a Sports Training bachelor degree at the University of Montpellier, specialized in fitness, weightlifting and badminton. I also left 1 year in Czech Republic to learn about different training methods abroad. I continued my studies at the University of Perpignan / Font-Romeu where I validated my first year of masters degree specialized in training and performance in altitude. Finally, I came back to the University of Montpellier where I specialized in Science and Techniques of Physical Training.

About the lesson

My classes are based on the practice, experience and needs of people. I adapt according to your needs (fitness, weight loss, return to competition, physical preparation rehabilitation) or your sports. My training is based on Techniques and Methods in relation to scientific research, in order to obtain the best and most lasting results.
