About Aleksia
I am a recent physics graduate who really enjoys travelling. I have been teaching for over 4 years and I am very easy going and try to make my lessons as fun as possible. I can get easily over excited about a module when I get the chance to teach it.
I have previously had multiple students achieve a UK grade 9 in physics which I was very excited about.

As maths and physics are very practical subjects; the best way to learn is by answering questions. I focus on initially teaching the theory and explaining it then I set questions until I am confident that the student is capable of answering the questions independently.
I typically teach for an hour at a time. The first 15-20 minutes focuses on the theory then after that it is just answering questions. If a student does not have enough time to cover the whole topic then I will focus on questions. I can do a 2 hour less but with a 10 minute break in between as I find that there is a lack of focus.
My lessons are for any student aged 11-18 years.
