About Yasmin
I’m a Physics tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Physics (MPhys), with a strong focus on biophysics and the physics of living systems. I specialize in helping students understand how physical principles govern life at every scale—from molecules to organisms. My goal is to make physics not just understandable, but deeply connected to the biological world. My lessons dive into fascinating topics like molecular motors, membrane transport, nerve impulses, and biomechanics. I guide students through the core physics that drives movement, energy transfer, and signaling in living cells. With clear explanations and problem-based learning, I help you connect equations to real biological processes. Whether it's modeling the motion of proteins or understanding how neurons fire, I make sure the physics is never abstract—it’s alive and relevant.
