I hold a Master of Music in Piano Performance and bring 10 years of teaching experience. My training emphasised technical mastery, ensemble playing, and expressive interpretation, shaping a holistic teaching approach. I have guided students of various ages and skill levels in developing confidence, technique, and musical insight. Over the years, I have helped learners overcome technical challenges while nurturing their individual musical voices. My teaching philosophy emphasises patience, encouragement, and adaptability. Lessons are tailored to each student’s strengths and goals, ensuring steady progress. I create a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and exploring musical ideas freely. Emphasis is placed on connecting technique with expressive interpretation to develop well-rounded pianists. Outside teaching, I stay engaged with music through performance, research, and exploration of new repertoire. This keeps my lessons inspired and relevant. Teaching piano is deeply fulfilling because I witness learners grow in skill, confidence, and musical expression. Helping students find joy and self-assurance at the keyboard is my greatest reward.
