About Elyse
Hey, I'm Elyse! - a music enthusiast, with a patient and passionate desire for teaching music!
I'm currently a music scholar, studying in Sydney NSW. I've been playing the piano for 11+ years and also play the oboe for 7 years. I thoroughly enjoy the musical journey and want to share this joy with you or your child - whether your just a beginner or want to continue your skills!
I'm classically trained with an AMEB Certificate of Performance, and am studying for my aMusA diploma. I've also participated in eisteddfods and performances, and achieved a Grade 4 in Music Theory!

Music lessons don't have to be boring! I'm committed to guiding you to achieve your goals, and make the journey enjoyable!
- Having had an extensive background in piano playing and performance practice, I've cultivated a deep love for making music an enjoyable experience for all. I firmly believe in teaching that is is flexible and catered towards to the student's goals and aspirations!
- I'm engaging, adaptable and creative. I've had experience assisting students with their upcoming exams - and strive to both hone in on technical skills and adapt to the unique nature and style of each individual!
Lesson Structure:
- Lessons can last from 30 mins - 1 hour.
- First lesson is focused on assessing your goals, current level, to allow for subsequent lessons to be catered and purposeful!
- Lessons include: warm up exercises, learning pieces, and keeping on track with tailored goals!

Perfect! my daughter was very happy to meet Elyse, dont let her quiet disposition fool you. She was able to hold a conversation with my daughter and keep her engaged. My daughter cant wait to see Elyse again. Her sofhter approach encouraged more interest to improve.
