About Peyton
My teaching approach focuses on creating a positive and supportive environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn. I am a passionate Piano tutor with 4 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over this time, I have successfully guided around 150 students, helping them grow both their technical skills and love for music. My goal is to make piano learning accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for every student.
My teaching philosophy focuses on combining strong technical foundation with creativity and expression. I emphasize performance skills, music theory, and composition, ensuring students not only play notes correctly but also understand the music deeply. I adapt lessons to each student’s pace and learning style, creating a personalized experience that motivates and inspires.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have seen students achieve notable milestones, from performing confidently in recitals to composing their own pieces.
