About Cassius
The professional has experience and training in mining and international cuisine. At the beginning of his career he studied at the Grande Hotel do Porto in Portugal. In 1999 he moved to the USA and worked in different types of kitchens. He worked with Chef on the Costa Fascinosa ship of Costa Cruises company.

VIP pizzaiolo course, exclusive, in your company or in your residence. The course aims to enable the student to prepare basic pizza dough and differentiated fillings, as well as basic hygiene and food handling. For you to become professional and earn money or for you to become the Pizzaiolo of your party or reception. With my programmatic content you will learn how to prepare Pasta and Basic Sauce for pizza, marguerita pizza, mozzarella pizza, portuguese pizza, four cheeses pizza, chocolate pizza and calzone. All this in an intensive course, exclusive to you (VIP-only student), with 8 (eight) hours duration, in your company or your residence and at a previously arranged time. I teach the practical and theorist of gastronomy always valuing the kitchen professional, addressing the basic skills. In addition to covering hygiene and food safety that add value not only to professional training, but also staff of students. The idea is that the student is ready to work in his or her own home or in the job market, with commitment, responsibility and willingness. The course fee is fair and honest and you indicating me to someone else still receives a discount and a special bonus.
