About Katie
I have recently completed a PhD studying how Cassava brown streak viruses cause disease. During my PhD I demonstrated undergraduate practical lessons and ran tutorial sessions on key topics. I have previously worked as a teaching assistant and managed online chatrooms where school students ask scientists questions. For me, Biology is a fascinating subject that I am keen to share with others through explaining key concepts in different ways.
