As a teacher, I aim to create a relaxed yet structured learning environment. I encourage active participation and questions—nothing should be off-limits if it helps clarify the topic and assuring for conceptual understanding of topics. My goal is to foster a back-and-forth exchange, where I guide but also adapt to students’ needs, allowing them to discover solutions or insights themselves through supportive discussions.
Lastly, I believe in creating a space where mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth, and I always strive to make learning feel like a process, not just an endpoint.
